I was putting on my clothes after taking a refreshing bath. Now I have to go back to work.
"Hey, when are we going to play football?" my brother asked over and over.
I was tired of it. I asked him before if he wanted to play football with me after I finshed my homework, but he took it to seriously. I did want to play with him, but tomorrow I have a test and I don't know anything! When I went down stairs my mom told me that she was going to the supermarket so I had to take care of my brother. Yuppy... He talked to me so much and I couldn't concentrate. I moved my head up and down making him think I was actually listening.
Santiago got tired of asking so he went to play alone outside. He even dared to threw the football in the window where I was studying! I was so mad that I shouted.
"SANTIAGO!"
I think he knew that I was going to tell my mom, so he stopped.
"Agh," I just said.
I went back to my work and heard some voices outside--my brother's and someone else. I checked who was it. It was one of Santiago's friends. My brother was invited to go to his house, but he had to ask my mom. I was 99.9% sure he was not going. I was wrong...
Santiago called my mom and asked her if she could go to his friend's house. He even cried! I couldn't believe he could actually go. I was so pissed off because (1) he gets what he wants when he cries, (2) he didn't behave well enough with me and my mom told him he would be grounded if he didn't obey, and (3) I would be alone while he was having fun. I remembered what my old teacher said, "Life is not fair, get used to it."
Younger siblings always get preferential treatment. I hate it, I'm sure you do too.
